Dear Dr. Stallo :
Tre undersigne:1 inquires whether or not the Niclear Regulatory.
Comaission has knowledge of a void in the concrete of the primary reactor wall, the wall closest to the pressure vessel, which was discovered in aid July, 1979.
If so, please advise how the information case to the Ntriear Regulatory Comnission's attention, what the dimensions of the void are, what causes were identified
'for the void and what has been done to repair the same.
