Enclosed is an affidavit by Mr. Carroll M. Wilcox, Coffey
. County Emergency P'reparedness Coordinator.
The affidavit iden-tifies an additional private school and an additional day care center beyond the four discussed during the evidentiary hearing.
For the reasons explained in Mr. Wilcox' affidavit, these addi-l tional facilities do'not affect the ability to evacuate'the plume exposure pathway EPZ within 2-1/2 hours.
