As the Licensing Board is aware, copies of that document have been provided to the Licensing Board and the parties.
In view of the Licensing Board's interest in the compendium to NUREG/CR-3224 (Tr. 7244), which has been available for some time in the Public Document Room, a copy of that 2-volume document is being provided for ease of reference to the Licensing Board Chairman and parties at this time.
I am informed of the following facts. The compendium was created as a record-keeping mechanism for possible future reference in the event that personnel reorganizations should occur. The compendium provides detailed information as to the task management plan utilized by the authors, copies of reports submitted by various consultants, and summaries of the authors' evaluation of applicants' CDA energetics analyses.
