l This is to advise you concerning an omission in Applicants' July 22, 1983 Response, at 15, note 23. The CRBRP Construction Permit evidentiary hearings did not commence on l

July 18, 1983 as there indicated. Rather, on July 13, 1983

the Licensing Board issued an Order postponing the hearings l (due to a family emergency on the part of one of the Board l members), and on July 19, 1983 issued an Order rescheduling the hearings for August 8-12, 1983.
