Dear Administrative Judges:
Enclosed is a copy of each of the three final reports prepared by contractors to the Staff which were sent to NRDC, et al. via my letter to Ellyn Weiss dated May 13, 1982 in response to NRDC, et al's 24th set of interrogatories and request for documents to the Staff. Since sufficient copies were not available at that time, the Board and Applicants did not receive their copies of these reports as enclosures to my letter to ils. Weiss.
Consistent with our previous practice, and because of the great bulk of materials provided, the Staff is sending only one copy of documents provided through discovery to the Chairman of the Board, with copies of the transmit-tal letter only being sent to the other Board members. The reports enclosed are entitled:
