The NRC Staff (" Staff") is in receipt of Applicants' " Motion to Dismiss Intervenors' Contentions 2(f), (g) and (h)' (" Motion"), dated April 27, 1983. Therein, the Applicants state that " Counsel for the NRC Staff has been contacted and agrees that these contentions are no longer in issue and should be dismissed insofar as they relate to the CP proceedings" (Motion,at4).
The Staff's position with respect to the dismissal of Contentions 2(f), (g) and (h) has been accurately described by the Applicants. Accordingly, the Staff does not intend to file a formal response to Applicants' Motion.
