On the closing day of the Construction Permit Evidentiary Hearings, I advised the Licensing Board that the Applicants would assist the Board in transporting the large volume of A Exhibits by shipping four complete sets of Applicants'pplicants' Exhibits 59-86, 88, and 90-93 directly to Judge Miller s office (TR 8703-8704).

It should be noted that Applicants' Exhibits 87, 89, 94, and 95 have been bound into the transcript, and that four copies of Applicants' Exhibits 96 and 97 were furnished to the Reporter with the understanding that the Reporter would assure transportation of those two exhibits for the Board.

This is to confirm the redirection I received from the Board today, as follows:

1. The Applicants will ship one set of Exhibits 59-86, 88, and 90'93 directly to Judge Hand.

2. The Applicants will ship one set of Exhibits 59-86, 88, and 90-93 directly to Judge Linenberger.

3. The Applicants will ship one set of Exhibits 59-86, 88

! and 90-93 directly to the Appeal Board.

Mr. Richard Baker (615/576-6456) of the Clinch River Breeder Reactor Plant Project Office, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, will contact the secretaries to Judges Hand and Linenberger, and the Appeal Board to advise them concerning the specific mode of shipment and when to expect receipt. Please advise if I can be of further assistance on this matter.
