NOTIFICATION CONCERNING PROJECT TERMINATION The United States Department of Energy and Project Manage-ment Corporation, for themselves and on behalf of the Tennessee Valley Authority (the Applicants), hereby provide the following notification concerning project termination:

1. On December 19, 1983, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Board of Directors authorized execution of the agreement terminating the project 1/, and that agreement was executed by TVA.

2. On December 22, 1983 the Project Management Corporation and Breeder Reactor Corporation Boards of Directors confirmed ex-ecution of the agreement'to terminate the project.
