In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5), WCGS is submitting a change to the emergency plan.

One procedure and two forms that implement the WCGS RERP have been revised. The revised documents are identified below:

Procedures Effective Dates Forms Effective Dates EPP 06-011, Rev. 13 August 13, 2020 EPF 06-018-09, Rev. 10 August 13, 2020 EPF 06-018-12, Rev. 18 August 13, 2020 The attached summary of the changes to the implementing procedure and forms explain that these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP. 1. Procedure EPP 06-011, EMERGENCY TEAM FORMATION AND CONTROL, Rev. 13 Procedure EPP 06-011 revision conforms to changes being made to EPF-06-018-09 and EPF 06-018-12 which relocates/reorganizes inventory items for the Off-Site Monitoring Teams to expedite team dispatch. The change is administrative/editorial in nature.

The change does not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.

2. Form EPF 06-018-009, OFF-SITE MONITORING INVENTORY CHECKLIST, Rev. 10 Form EPF 06-018-009 changes are conforming changes to those made to EPF 06-018-12. This revision reorganizes the inventory list to improve efficiency. Some items are relocated to facilitate access during team deployment. Revisions are editorial and administrative.

The change does not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.

3. Form EPF 06-018-012, EMERGENCY OPERATIONS FACILITY INVENTORY CHECKLIST, Rev. 18 Form EPF 06-018-012 revision reorganizes the inventory list to improve efficiency.

Some items are relocated to facilitate access during team deployment. Revisions are editorial and administrative.

The change does not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
