1. Form EPF 06-004-11, "Topeka Phone Team Room Checklist," Rev. 5 This revision removed instructions to verify the status of personal computers because the phone team and media monitors may not use personal computers and the process of verifying the status of a personal computer is commonly understood. Guidance for setting up the alternate voicemail greeting to direct the public to call the phone team after it has been activated has been enhanced in this revision. Additional minor editorial changes were also made in this revision.

The enhanced guidance for setting up the alternate voicemail greeting supports compliance with the 10 CFR 50.47(b)(7) requirement to provide emergency preparedness information to the public and, therfore, does not decrease the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP. The additional changes are editorial in nature and also do not decrease the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
