Forms Effective Dates EPF 06-007-02, Rev. OB October 28, 2019 EPF 06-007-03, Rev. 08 October 28, 2019 The attached summary of the changes to the implementing forms explain that these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
