1.

Change the first sentence of the last paragraph in Section 4.0 to read:

"To that end, responsibh QA/QC Review Team personnel and the Senior Revi'sw Team (SRT) of the CPRT review corrective action recommendations submitted by the CPSES Project of:

each construction deficiency; adverse trend; QA/QC program deficiency; and deviation identified by the CPSES Project to meet the reportability criteria specified in 10 CFR 50.55(e)."

Change the last sentence of the last paragraph in Section 5.3.1 to read:

"That is, whether the implementation of the corrective action was completely satisfactory; performed in a timely manner; any unacceptable conditions; exceptions to perform confirmatory overviews, etc."

Change the second paragraph in Section 5.3.2,(after the note) toy read:

"The RTL refers reports of unsatisfactory corrective action implementation to the SRT for resolution. In addition, the RTL obtains the approval of the SRT should the verification include any exceptions relative to the confirmation of l

inplementation of corrective action."
