Title:

DAPINTERFACES AND COMMUNICATIONS PURPOSE This addendum enlarges the description of interfaces to include a statement on documentation.

SCOPE Add to Section 4.1 of DAP-12, Rev. 2 (p. 3) the following paragraph:

"The DAP shall provide to the Project, as requested by the Project, copies of completed and opproved DAP documentation as necessary to ensure understanding of DAP concerns, results Q

and conclusions.

Such documentation includes, but is not V

limited to: root cause and generic implication evoluotions, trending analyses, engineering evoluotions, and results reports."

INSTRUCTION This addendum is effective upon approval and shall remain in effect until approval of the next revision of DAP-12.

This addendum shall be securely attached to each controlled copy of DAP-12.
