Add the following at the end of the first paragraph of section 5.1:
"Except for U-Bar Restraints, if the permanent marking is not visible due to paint, mark the attribute "N/A" on the checklist and note " inaccessible" in the remarks column.
2.
Revise the second paragraph in Section 5.1 (U-Bar Restraint) to read:
"U-Bar Restraint is identified by the Restraint no. on the metal tag permanently attached to the U-Bar".
