Title:

HOMOGENEOUS DESIGN ACTIVITY VALIDATION AND SELECTION OF SPECIFIC ITEMS FOR REVIEW PURPOSE This addendum updates the Purpose statement of DAP-21.

SCOPE Amend the paragraph in Section 1.0 of DAP-21, Rev. 0 (p. I) to read:

This procedure provides a means to confirm and document the p

homogeneity of homogeneous design activities and establishes Q

requirements for documenting (e.g., " bases for selection" of the specific items for review calculations, drawings, components) within homogeneous design activities for CPSES Units I and 2, and for selecting systems and structures (other than those identified in Rev. 3 of the CPRT Program Plan) for incorporation into the DAP review scope.

INSTRUCTION This addendum is effective upon approval and shall remain in effect until approval of the next revision of DAP-21.

This addendum shall be securely attached to each controlled copy of DAP-21.
