Title:
TRENDING AND GENERIC IMPLICATIONS EVALUATIONS PURPOSE This addendum corrects several typographical and graphics errors in DAP-7 by listing page numbers where these errors occur and providing the correct information.
SCOPE (1)
All triangles next to revision bars in DAP-7 should contain a 1. N.B. pl0, A-1, A-2, A-5, A-6, A-8, Attachment F, Attachment G, and H-5 (which is a duplicate of p.10). Triangles on these pages indicate that this is Rev. 2 of DAP-7. They should indicate that this is Rev. I of DAP-7.

Section 4.1 (Trend Evoluotions) mentions " form DAP-7". There is no form
-DAP-7; " form DAP-7-l" was intended.

Section 5.4 (Retention) should have a rev. bar since the wording has chenged from "The original copy of all final evoluotions shall be maintained and filed by the DAP Manager or his designated representative in accordance with DAP-14"(Rev. 0) to "A copy of each final evoluotion shall be maintained and filed by the DAP Manager or his designated represento-tive in accordance with DAP-14"(Rev.1).
INSTRUCTION This addendum is effective upon approval and shall remain in effect until approval of the next revision of DAP-7.
This addendum shall be securely attached to each controlled copy of DAP-7.
