Title:
IN-PROCESS REVIEW OF Revision: O CALCULATIONS l.0 PURPOSE This instruction provides the requirements for reviewers conducting in-process review of calculations.
2.0 SCOPE This instruction is applicable to oil Piping / Support in-process reviews for all calculations which have not been checked and opproved.
3.0 DEFINITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 3.1 Definitions None.
3.2 Responsibilities As defined in applicable DAP procedures.
4.0 INSTRUCTION Procedure DAP-20 addresses the conduct of in-process reviews. The require-ments of that procedure are not altered by this instruction.

IN-PROCESS REVIEW OF Revision: 0 CALCULATIONS and that may contain certain errors which are expected to be corrected during that process. As such, the third party in-process review may not benefit from on examination of those aspects which are readily addressed during checking and approval, and which are not important to the analysis approach.
Algebraic manipulation and crithmetic, in general, will not be reviewed in the in-process review scope.
Numerical inputs from tabulated data or referenced documents and transfer of data for input to or output from computer programs will not be reviewed, in general. These are aspects which will be checked in the final product review.
The analytical approach shall be reviewed and shall as a minimum include:
o Compliance with criteria and commitments o
Validity of analytical model o
Consistency and reasonableness of assumptions o
Sensitivity (qualitatively) of conclusions of the co!culation with mathematically derived information.
5.0 DOCUMENTATION The results of the review will be conveyed to the originating organization and documented on o Contact Log Sheet (in accordance with DAP-12) unless otherwise verbally authorized by the Discipline Coordinator. in any case, the requirements of DAP-20 will be implemented. This does not require issuance of DIRs. If in the process of reviewing the analytical approach there are other errors noted, these con be documented on the some Contact Log Sheet.
