LB-3, B. Buckley In order to aid the Equipment Qualification Branch in developing a computerized data bank of equipment test reports,-we are requesting the Pacific Gas and Electric Company to provide a copy of the reports reviewed during our audit on August 31, - September 4, 1981.
The test reports will be summarized and used in future licensing work.
A list of the equipment for which test reports are requested is provided in.
It is not necessary for the applicant to send the complete files or' any plant specific analysis or calculations; only the test reports are needed.
The test reports will be handled as proprietary and will be returned after completion of the work.
The equipment is not being reaudited and the information gathered will not affect the overall audit results.
This request is not a staff requirement and participation by the applicant is voluntary.
