DIABLO CANYON This is to request arrangements for a reporter to preapre a transcript of the meeting to be held on July 27, 1982, with Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Brookhaven National 1.~aboratory and Teledyne Engineering Services regarding the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1 (see the enclosed meeting notice for details of the meeting). We need the transcript within two days follhing the meetin'g so that we can make copies for our internal use as well for the partiss to this proceeding.
