DIABLO CANYON IDVP - PHASE II ADDITIONAL SAMPLE AND ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION Teledyne submitted by. letter of December 23, 1982 a. Draft ITR on the subject.

Advance copies were provided to you or your staff.

It is our understanding that the report raises some generic concerns that potentially could expand the scope of Phase II of the IDVP.

The subject will be discussed by PG&E, Teledyne and Stone & Webster at a meeting on January 11, 1982 in San Francisco.

Licensing intends to attend that meeting.

We request that you review the report and provide us with your comments prior to the meeting. We also expect that the subject will be discussed at the Status Meeting on January 13, 1983 in San Francisco.
