REQUEST TRANSCRIPT OF MEETING TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 1, 1982 1 DIABLO CANYON This is to request arrangements for a reporter to prepare a transcript of the meeting to be held on September 1,1982, with Pacific Gas & Electric Company and Teledyne Engineering Services regarding Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1 (see the enclosed meeting notice for details of the meeting).

We need the transcript within two days following the meeting se that we can make copies for our internal use as well as for the parties to this proceeding. We anticipate attendance of approximately 50 people.
