i Followup on this item is documented in NRC Inspection Report No. 50-282/83-24; i however, additional followup was required to verify the completion of the

.! IE Bulletin requirements. The inspector reviewed the licensee's final response dated April 19, 1984. The licensee identified nine check valves addressed by the bulletin. Two of the check valves, CL-42-1 and 2CL-42-1, I were granted reliefs from testing. The remainder are included in the valve testing program and receive either a forward and backflow test or disassembly. Initial inspection in accordance with the requirements of
