This is in response to your November 20, 1986, request concerning changes to documentation associated with routine samples.

We have reviewed your request and find it acceptable. To complete this action, you should revise your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan to incorporate the proposed program and submit the changes to the NRC Region II Office for review under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c). Your transmittal letter to Region II should reference this letter.

We have determined that the attachment to your November 20, 1986 letter contains information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
