SUMMARY

MONTH: June,1997 McGuire Unit I began the month of June operating at 100% full power. On 06/02/97 at 1629 the unit began decreasing power due to steam leak on high pressure turbine stationary blade guide pins. The unit held at approximately 10% power from 06/02/97 at 2225 to 06/03/97 at 0023 due to intermediate range set-point concerns. The unit was taken off line at 06/03/97 at 0124 to repair steam leak on high pressure

turbine stationary blade guide pins. The unit returned to service on 06/04/97 at 0200. The unit retumed to t
100% full power on 06/04/97 at 2118 and operated at or near 100% full power the remainder of the month.
