Dear Mr. Stewart-Smith:

_ Transmittal ofIndependent Soent Fuel Storage Installation Calculations On May 29,1996, Mr. Adam Bless issued a Request for Additional Information with questions about the Trojan Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Safety Analysis Report. PGE provided responses to these questions in letters dated June 27,1996 (CPY-032-96), July 31,1996 (CPY-040-96), and September 26,1996 (CPY-043-96). '

Mr. Bless has subsequently requested copies of calculations supporting some of these responses.

The requested calculations are provided as attachments to this letter.

The attached calculations contain proprietary information. Protection of these documents shall be afforded in accordance with the " Confidentiality Agreement for Sierra Nuclear Corporation Trade Secret Information", a signed copy of which is attached to each document.
