-your July 30, 1984 letter which transmitted the findings of your review of Proposed Emergency Plan License No. CX-22 dated February 1984 that was sub-mitted February 6,1984.

-Your July 30, 1984 letter included a request for additional information and directed the licensee to Information Notice, No. 83-66, Supplement (1) for discussion of the' type of emergency that can be experienced at a critical facility.

.Thus, the enclosed Emergency-Plan provides additional information in Sections 3.5 Emergency Action Levels, 3.6 Emergency Planning Zones and 3.7 Emergency Response in response to yo'ur July 30, 1984 letter.
