RPI REACTOR CRITICAL FACILITY FENCE MODIFICATIONS, LICENSE CX-22, DOCKET NO. 50-215.

Dear Mr. Berkow:

Fence modifications around the Civil Protection and Security Zones of the RPI Reactor Critical Facility were completed on June 11, 1987 (figure enclosed).

These changes return the Facility Security to the " spirit" of the past situation (before 30 December 1986) and to that of the new Security Plan submitted to the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
