Review of Operating Procedures

Dear Sir:

This letter responds to your November 4,1981 letter (Docket No. 50-225).

You requested a review of the operating procedures at the RPI Critical Facility (License No. CX-22) by the new Critical Facility Supervisor.

Frank Wicks commenced the position of RPI Critical Facility Operator on October 1,1981 and inmediately undertook an extensive and continuing re-view of the current facility operating procedures.

The NRC issued Frank Wicks a Senior Operator License (S0P 4128) on December 21, 1981 for Facility License No. 22.
