This letter responds to the January 18, 1985 letter from Mr. Cecil 0. Thomas to Dr. Donald R. Harris that informed Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute that the Emergency Plan that was submitted December 5,1984 has been reviewed and approved. The approved Emergency Plan is now fully implemented.
