This letter follows an April 14, 1986 conversation between Project Manager John Dosa and Facility CX-22 Supervisor Frank Wicks in which Mr. Dosa noted that the March 17, 1986 Annual Report letter to the Division of Reactor Licensing required the additional information that is contained in the March 17, 1986 Annual Report letter to the Director of Region 1. It was agreed that licensee would submit to the Division of licensing the enclosed March 17, 1986 Annual Report letter to Region 1.
