Changes from the prior plan have been made in accordance with comments by Ms. Carol Rossomondo of the Division of Safeguards on the basisof her review of the April 26, 1982 Security Plan.

Please assure that this Physical Security will not be made available for inspection and copying in the NRC Public Document room pursuant to the exemptions defined in 10 CFR 2.790 a3 for the condition defined in 10 CFR 73.21 a.
