Docket No. 50-225 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-42 AMEN 0 MENT N0. 9 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-42, between Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and tie lAtomic Energy Commission, dated July 23, 1964, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount

"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
