Enclosed is a copy of the Coro Operating Umits Report (COLR) for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Unit 2, Reload 9, Cyclo 10 (Rev. 2),

l This report provides the cyclo specific parameter limits for: Maximum Avera00 Planar .l Llocar Heat Generation Rato (MAPLHGR); Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR); Flow 1 Adjustment Factor (K f) Linear Heat Generation Rato (LHGR); and Rod Block Monitor j i (RBM) flow blased upscale setpoints. These values have been determined using NRC-approved rnethodology and are established such that all applicablo limits of the plant safety analysis are met.

This report is being submitted to the NRC in accordanco with the PBAPS Unit 2 1 Technical Specifications Section 0.9.1.o.  ;
