SUMMARY
MONTH: May 1993 ,
McGuire Unit 2 began the month of May operating at 100% full power. The unit started a power decrease on 5/1 at 0200, the unit held at 62% power from 0000 to 0730 to do erosion work on the "A" bleed line of the heater extraction line. The unit reduced power and held at 55% power from 0927 to 1935 for erosion ,
work on the "A" bleed line of the heater extraction line. The unit was retumed to 100% power on 5/2 at 0735. The unit started a power decrease on 5/30 at 0813 to 65% power, the unit reached 65% power on !
5/31 at 0000. The unit is holding at 65% power to move the end-of-cycle 8 refueling outage to July 1,1993. !
The unit operated at or near 65% for the remainder of the month.
