Enclosed is the additional information requested by your January 7, 1982 letter concerning Environmental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment.
Georgia Power Company (GPC) understands that this information is required in order to complete the review for Plant Hatch.
GPC would like to caution, however, that some of this information is confidential.
The vendors represented in this response have been contacted.
Even though some expressed concern as to unfair trade advantage and even conflict of interest regarding the Franklin Research Center (FRC) review, each vendor approved release of this information to the NRC for FRC review.
Consequently, GPC requests that the entire submittal be considered confidential and be used only to complete the Plant Hatch review, that no part of this submittal be copied, and when finished, the entire submittal be returned to this office.
