Gas Company. submitted the subject change request to *(he Nuclear Regulatory Commission on February 2, 1999with additional infofl!lation i)rovided hy letters dated April 12 and 26, 1999. The.proposed change would allow the maximum amount of enrichment for new fuel to be stored in the new fuel pool to be increased from 4.5% to 5%. The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering* reviewed the above request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b). We have no comments.
