Please find attached five copies of Revision 3 to the b.Le Power Company Security Training and Qualification Plan for McGuire Nuclear Station and five copies of Revision 3 to the pla. #ar Catawba Nuclear Station.

Revision 3 replaces the previously submitted plan in its entirety.

Revision 3 is being fi'ed for review as a part of the operating license application for Catawba ' pursuant to McGuire operating license condition 2.E. Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54p Revision 3 to the plan has been reviewed and deemed not to decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.

Since this material is applicable to security provisions at McGuire and Catawba, it is requested that this information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
