Dear Mr. Peterson:
i This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. G. Gilbert of your staff and Mr. R. Carroll of this office on August 25,1999, conceming a management meeting requested by you, to be held on September 9,1999. The purpose of this meeting, which wi!! be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., is for you to present a self-assessment of Catawba Nuclear Station 1
- performance. The meeting will be held in the Region ll office,61 Forsyth Street, SW, Suite 24T25, Atlanta, Georgia. This meeting is an open meeting per " Staff Meetings Open to the
' Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20,1994; 59 FR 48340).
