In my March 30, 1990 response to Violation 414/90-03-01 concerning failure to take prompt and timely corrective action for the inoperable 2ABFX System, I committed to develop Standing Work Requests for the inspection of air flow monitors and dampers by July 1, 1990.
Station. personnel assigned this task were needed to support the U2E003 outage and were unavailable to complete this task by July 1,1990. This commitment was completed on August 1, 1990.
