Pursuant to Catawba Nuclear Station Technical Specifications 4.4.5.5.a and 6.9.2, please find attached the Catawba Unit 2 end of cycle 3 refueling outage steam generator inspection report. 'This laservice inspection of steam generators A, B, C, and D was completed in July of 1990' As a result-of this inspection, nineteen tubes were removed from service by plugging with rolled mechanical plugs.
