0402 #4 Goveinor Valve shut. Secured ramp at 91%

0622 Replaced f4 Governor M000 valve, commencing ramp up to 100% power, 960 MW. ,

0715 Unit stabilized at 100% power, 960 MW.

1113 #4 Covernor Valve cyc1dng 1130 Ramping down to close f4 Governor Valve.

1230 #4 Covernor Valve closed, unit stabilized at 89% power, 854 MW.

1345 Instrument Department tightened screws on #4 Governor Valve LVDT. Commencing rampup to 100%, 960 MW.

1449 Unit stabilized at 100% power, 960 MW.

2147: Commenced rampup to'100% power, 960 MW.

November 20. 1989 0910- Commenced Tave reduction IAW Design Change 89-15-3.

1928- .Tave at 580.8'F, Rx power 98.7% 937 MW, pending safety analysis review of Tavg.

Maintaining f4 Governor Valve at 32% on valve limiter.

November. 31, 1989 0257 f4 Governor Valve came wide open, electrical:

, load increased 15 MW, EHC System indicated

  1. 4 Governor Velve on the limiter, lowered limiter until #4 Governor Valve at 30%. Rx power stabilized 98%, 934 MW.

2400 Ended month with Unit at 98%' power, 935 MW.

Continuing to investigate and troubleshoot EHC System.

November 17, 1989 1137 Cotimence rampdown to 860 MW, 90% power for Turbine Valve Freedom Test.

1222 Unit stabilized at 89% power, 857 MW.

1330 Completed Turbine Valve Freedom Test satisfactorily.

1441 Commence rampup to 100% power.

1730 Unit stable at 100% power, 953 MW.
