Channel B " i solation logic. pressure switch , 2E41-N001D, 1

Barksdale B2T-M12SS, was found to be corroded. This instrument was replaced. The' channel "A" pressure instruments setpoints were. found to I' be' in calibration (115 +,- 5' psig decreaqing). Investigation of the cantrol- room indication has been initiated. pressure j ' submitted.
