ioii The cause of the 2E41-F041 valve failure was a burned motor. The motor oinion key 1 i li I had slipoed out of oosition and allowed the pinion to turn on the motor shaf t. Thisl g riRI allowed the motor to run long past its 5 minute duty cycle as the closed torque l 1 ,2 l switcn could not open and de-energize the motor. A new motor was installed and j i i2 I the pinion key replaced & locked. The valve was functionally tested and found (cont) i~
