- PLANT PERFORMANCE AND PLANNED MAJOR PROJECTS - SEQUOYAH DOCKET NOS.: 50-327, 50-328

Dear Mr. Scalice:

This refers to the meeting conducted at your staffs request at the Region II Office in Atlanta, Georgia, on July 9, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. The meetings purpose was to discuss Sequoyah plant performance and planned major projects. Enclosed are a list of attendees and the presentation handout used by your staff.

The discussions included the following topics: Plant Performance Summary, Steam Generator Replacement Outage, Equipment Reliability Improvement Plan, Corrective Action Program, and Licensing of the Dry Cask Storage Facility. The meeting was particularly informative and did not result in specific action items or decisions.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
