The purpose of the meeting was to provide opportunities for the public to discuss the annual assessment for the period of January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020.

In response to the COVID-19 coronavirus and updated Federal Government guidance on travel and social distancing, the meeting was held remotely through the Microsoft Teams application.

Additionally, a call-only telephone bridge line was available. The following documents related to the meeting are available in ADAMS: The Meeting Notice (ML21102A256), The Annual Assessment Meeting Presentation (ML21096A100), and the Public Feedback Form (ML21097A005).

The meeting began at 2:00 PM and concluded at 2:45 PM local time, which was earlier than originally planned due to lack of interaction from members of the public. There were approximately 58 attendees. In summary, the attendees consisted of representatives from the NRC, TVA, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Tennessee state government offices, and members of the public. NRC staff were available for questions following the presentation. Due to the nature of the meeting, no official list of attendees is included.
