(Closed) URI 366-80-15-01, Penetration Covers Not Installed. The licensee has completed Maintenance Pequest (MR) 2-80-1489. The MR has been signed by the licensee inspector's. A procedure 1-6701 will be issued to prevent recurrence. This item is closed.
b.
(Closed) URI 366-80-15-02, Drawing Inconsistances. The licensee has followed up this item. The manufacture's data states that the moulding positions are acceptable.
As-built notices80-778 and 80-779 have been issued to correct URE drawing errors. This item is closed.

IE Bulletin 79-01B A physical exanination was made of installed electrical instrumentation and control equipment associated with the Residual Heat Removal, High Pressure Coolant Injection, Safeguard Equipment Energency Cooling, Reactor Builing Closed Cooling Water and the Primary Containment Purge and Inerting systens. The equipment that was exanined is located outside the primary containment. The specific equipment examined is located below:
