Management Meeting An NRC representative summarized recent inspection findings with respect to controlling the access to vital areas at the plent. The licensee discussed control systems being installed at the plant and indicated that the current time f me for completing these controls would be forwarded to the Region II Office by April 25, 1980.

The plant's previous enforcement history was discussed and the licensee acknowledged NRC comments.
Inspection Report 50-321/80-11 and 366/80-11 identified technical specifi-cation and procedural violations during a recent reactor startup. The need for providing adequate procedural and administrative controls along with timeliness in implementing corrective actions was stressed during the discussion of this area. Georgia Power Company representatives acknowledged NRC concerns and indicated that corrective actions would be implemented in the areas identified.
