Included review of licensee commitments made during the January 25, 1980 enforcement meeting, physical barriers (protected area), physical barriers (vital

area), lighting, access control (identification, authorization and badging), access control (search), and communications.

The inspection involved 30 inspector hours onsite by 2 NRC inspectors. The inspection was begun during an offshift period; 9 inspection hours were accomp-lished during offshif t periods.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 7 areas examined during the inspection except for the following 3 items:
