Under cover of letter dated June 5, 1984, the NRC issued Inspection Report 50-358/84-04 (DRRP). Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. Part 9, Subpart A and 5 U.S.C. S552, it is re-quested that all records relating to the subject inspection I

report be provided inclu* ding, but not limited to:

1. All records which discuss the scope, 11Eitation in scope, methodology, individuals involved, or

- reasons for preparation of the subject document.

2. All records concerning the subject inspection l

report to or from NRC supervision and management at the site, region, or otherwise within the GRC.

3. All notes taken during the course of the prepara-

tion for, inspection activities, and i post-inspection activities whether or not dis-cussed or relied upon or utilized in the subject document.

4. All records reviewed or utilized by the partici-pants during the course of the inspection whether

- or not discussed or relied upon in the subject document.

5. All drafts of the subject inspection report including annotations of drafts and all records j which explain any differences between or among 4 drafts' .

6. All records in the possession of used by the NRC ,

or made at the exit interview concerning the subject inspection report and any records, includ-ing drafts and annotations, prepared as a result of such meeting. .

7. All records, which explain, object, question, discuss, comment on, or otherwise concern the subject inspection report or the actions, con-clusions, or work of the participants in the subject inspection report.
