s Gentlemen:
Nd The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order (Memorializing Conference Call of December 22, 1981) directed the parties to report to the Board by January 6,
- 1982, regarding the status of the prehearing preparation.
This letter is being written today inasmuch as all attorneys in this firm working on the captioned proceeding will be out of town for the next two days.
As of this date, Applicants have not received from intervenors ZAC-ZACK or The City of Mentor "the qualifica-tions of those witnesses which they proposed to sponsor,
[or] the scope of the intended testimony of each of the designated witnesses
." as required by the Memorandum and Order.
I must report that Mr. Dennison, counsel for ZAC-ZACK, attempted to contact me on December 31, 1981 and the call was returned today, but he was not in his office.
Therefore the purpose of his original call is unknown.
As discussed during the December 22, 1981 conference i
